Ordained Interfaith Minister, retired adult/pediatric hospital/hospice chaplain. I currently serve as Assistant Minister for Pastoral Care at First Unitarian Church of Cincinnati. I am a part-time Funeral Celebrant and am called to officiate non-affiliated services which allows me to work with the family, deeply and personally, to co-create a meaningful service for their loved one (which often includes a childhood prayer!). Most notably I just wrote a book! "Bursting With Life:When Children Enter Hospice" taking 9 former patients and telling their story, their lives, their journeys, their poignant end-of-life and sacred memorial/funerals. This book gives voice to those who could not speak, to families with tragic loss who need words to help describe. It is a beautiful, heartfelt, universally appealing, sad yet joy-filled book. I am looking for an agent/publisher (PrayPray). Thank you ChI for igniting my ministry.
