Our ChI Talk for June:
What is Energetic Protection?
The tool of Energetic Protection is created when we combine good self-care, appropriate boundaries, knowledge of self and of our purpose. When we go out in the world, whether just another day at the office, or a day specifically focused on being there for others in all the many ways we are asked to, being mindful of energetic protection will allow us to potentialize ourselves in every moment.
Just as our own energy would be compromised if we went without food or water all day, so too are we compromised without taking care to put in place our energetic protection. Energetic protection helps us recognize and serve the suffering of all sentient beings without taking it home with us, without taking it into our body and psyche.
During this CHI talk we will explore energetic protection, how it relates to burnout, and discuss ways you can creatively implement your own tools for energetic protection, form fit to your life and places of service.
