- Tristy Taylor is a transformation teacher, dreamworker, and shadow work guide with more than three decades of experience facilitating dream circles, creative workshops, and spiritual direction. Raised by world-renowned dreamworker Jeremy Taylor, she grew up immersed in the symbolic language of the unconscious and the belief that every dream carries wisdom, humor, and healing. Tristy weaves together depth psychology, archetypal studies, spiritual direction, creativity, and embodied intuition to help people connect with their inner worlds in accessible and meaningful ways. Her offerings include dream circles, shadow work courses, creative spiritual workshops, and personalized one-on-one mentoring for those seeking clarity, healing, or deeper self-understanding. In 2005 a near-death experience turned my world upside down and accelerated my quest to know my true soul-self. I have wandered the labyrinth of life as a seeker, through spiritual trainings and direct experiences ––from adventurous pilgrimages to Nine Gates Mystery School and ChI, from life at an ashram to work as a hospital chaplain and end-of-life doula–– only to find that what I was looking for was already inside. My wish is that we all walk in the world awake, connected with and respecting our inner truth, our fellow beings and the natural world.
